⭐REFUND POLICY
◽If the artist falls ill mid-progress and cannot continue, a partial refund will be given based on the completed work, and the artwork from the latest update will still be delivered.
◽If the artist makes a time management error that causes a delay past the deadline, the client will receive a partial refund or a bonus.
◽If the client faces an emergency situation and needs a refund, it will be issued based on the current progress.◽Additional Notes:
Chat logs must not be changed because all proof is saved after approval.
Progress privacy will be posted publicly unless an extra fee is paid.
For mistakes made purely by artist, your free revisions will not be used. Vio will fix it independently, but the client must not use this opportunity to add or change the written description.
